The Grand Fountain Courtyard is our all Inclusive Package. You & your guests will be hosted in our tented Fountain Courtyard overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains, top-notch staff, a multi-course meal and wedding cake of your choice - you and your guests are sure to have an unforgettable outdoor celebration.

The following package lists all items that are included in this package; any items that are not listed are not included. We have an extensive list of preferred vendors and we can help you find services/items you are in need of which may not be included.

• Ceremony and Reception facility for 8 hours (please allow time for your set-up and cleanup)
• Ceremony and Reception tables and chairs for 150 guests
• Tented Fountain Courtyard with sides and lighting
• Use of Estate Gardens, picturesque pond, and panoramic views for wedding photos
• Event Coordinator
• Choice of multi-course menus (see menu for selections)

• Suite for bride and her wedding party (up to 5 guests) to relax while preparing for the ceremony
