Classic Wine Tasting (current selections)

A rare opportunity for you to sample all of Veramar's current wines available. All wines are premium and distinctive Virginia Wines. Compare, contrast, and explore your taste selections at the Wine Tasting Bar. Approx. 30 minutes.

$7 per person (Complimentary for our Estate Club members). No appointment required.

$12 per person for groups of 10 and more. Add an additional $3 per person to keep the wine glass. Advance payment and reservations are required.

Vintage Reserve Tasting (1st and 3rd Saturday of Every Month)

Enjoy a pouring of wines from our Single Vineyard and Estate Club Reserve wine lists in Bella's room. A remarkable setting to experience and learn about fine Virginia wines with either the winemaker or the proprietor. Approx. 55 minutes. Only offered on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.

$15 per person (Complimentary for our Estate Club members).

Picnic Pairing

Swap the conventional dining room for the majesty of the outdoors while enjoying a unique epicurean experience. Enjoy garden fresh food, sourced from local gardens, paired by our Estate Chef with handcrafted wines. The picnic commences with a glass of wine you choose either Veramar's Shenandoah Valley Chardonnay or Cabernet Franc coupled with white truffle popcorn. Straight from the gardens comes a fresh salad drizzled in Veramar's citrus balsamic dressing, and a Panini of either grilled garden vegetables or marinated chicken, rounds out a truly unique culinary experience. Dine on our patio with magnificent views of the vineyards and Blue Ridge Mountains.

Group Tasting and Tour

Your group of 12 up to 25 guests will receive a scheduled wine tasting and a full production facility tour conducted by one of our friendly and knowledgeable wine educators. There is a fee of $35 per person and advance reservations are required. Reservations are offered between 1:00-3:00pm on Saturdays only.

VIP Tasting and Tour

Your group of 10 up to 50 guests, will receive a scheduled private VIP wine tasting and a full production facility tour conducted by one of our friendly and knowledgeable wine educators. Each person will take home a souvenir Veramar Vineyards logo wine glass. We will customize a tasting sheet for your group as well. Advance reservations are required. Fee is $50 per person.

Winemakers Tasting

From grapes on the vine to bottling time, get a behind-the- scenes view of one of the regions award-winning wineries: Veramar Vineyard. You will meet the winemaker and find out firsthand what goes into making a complex Cabernet, a crisp Seyval Blanc or a smooth Cuvee. This special sit-down tasting explores the subtle nuances of wine and every step involved in cultivating distinctive, delicious vintages. $150 per couple. The tasting will last about an hour and reservations are required.
