Join winemaker Justin Bogaty or our vinter for the 1st annual blending party at Sofia’s Cellar. Learn first-hand the art of blending wine! Enjoy a flirtatious pairing of wine and appetizers while creating your own special cuvee. At the end of the affair take home a bottle of your blend to share! $75 per person; $100 per couple (includes one bottle of specially blended wine and appetizers). Those wishing to have a case of their custom blend may do so for an additional charge of $415 (approx $35 per bottle). Space is limited so call early to reserve your spots!
